La Romana, Dominican Republic on July 5th , 2022.
My name is Mohamed, and I will be coordinating the travel arrangements for Bjorn and Paulina’s destination wedding group!
To secure your arrangements for this very special event, it is important that you apply your non-refundable deposit of $200.00 CAD per person,
no later than May 20th, 2021. The remaining balance will then be processed on March 18th, 2022.
You can submit your deposit and secure your reservation by clicking on the link below & registering online to fill out the authorization form.
Helpful Tips for the Form:
Total Price of Package: = Package Price * # of people
I authorize the non-refundable deposit payment of: = $200 * # of people going
And to further charge the remaining balance of: = Total Price - Deposit

Insurance: We recommend saying yes to all insurance. You will get a quote and can then decide to take it or not.
Please avoid using auto-fill on this form since it does not always work well.
If you don't have a middle name and are Traveler 1, use a "." in the middle name text field.
Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by Mohamed in the next few weeks. He will be the main contact for you to plan, book and finalize all of your travel details for the trip.
